Definitely the best place to get help with proper fitting footwear. I had bunion surgery. I have always had flat feet, years in the navy probably did not help.
They spent a hour or better helping me. They helped me find exactly what I needed.
That was a few years ago, those shoes finally met their end. Called about replacements, they were just as helpful, just as nice.

The only place I buy my running shoes. My first experience in here, the manager spent a full hour helping me! He watched the way I walk and helped me try on various shoes until I was able to find the perfect ones for me. They even recommend taking shoes outside and running up and down the sidewalk to make sure it's a good fit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pair of running or walking shoes. This owner knows his stuff!

I have worked at Runners Soul for over a year and have loved every shift. The owner, Scott Conrad, is amazing. He teaches you hands on everything you need to know about the merchandise in the store, and also cares about you not just as an employee but as an individual. And that is true for the customers of the store as well. We employees have all met people who come in as customers and leave friends. I love to see returning faces looking to get another pair of shoes. And if you're a first timer, it's like you are already apart of the family. Every worker knows what they are talking about and want to help you find the best shoe. I wouldn't recommend anyone any place else.
